Australia bans imports of disposable e-cigarettes from 1 January
Australia plans to ban imports of disposable e-cigarettes from 1 January due to rising concerns over their use among teenagers, the government announced on Tuesday. Although less than 12% of Australia's population smokes daily, an estimated 15% of teenagers aged between 14 and 17 use e-cigarettes, according to official data. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/iget-bar-3500-puff-pod-disposable-63465505.html "The vast majority of e-cigarettes contain nicotine and children are becoming addicted," commented Health Minister Mark Butler. He added that this is particularly "concerning" as those who vape are three times more likely to also smoke tobacco. The ban on importing disposable e-cigarettes, which are affordable and easily accessible, aims to dry up the market. This will be followed by a ban of the manufacturing and sale of such products in 2024. Australia is proud of being at the forefront of the battle against smoking: in 2012, the country became the first in the world to enforce plain packaging for cigarettes. Australia also has some of the highest cigarette prices on the planet, with a packet costing 50 Australian dollars (€30). https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/iget-bar-3500-puffs-vape-pod-63465417.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/juul-weed-thc-cbd-delta8-oil-63443816.html New Zealand, another key player in the sector, last year implemented a "generational smoking ban" prohibiting the sale of cigarettes to anyone born after 2008. However, New Zealand's new conservative government confirmed its plans on Monday to discard this measure, citing fears it could generate a substantial black market for tobacco sales. www.yingyuanvape.com smartpuff.store.bossgoo.com

CBD Vaping: Safety, Side Effects And More
While the prevalence of cigarette smoking declined significantly in the past two decades, vaping is on the rise. An estimated 5.66 million adults in the U.S. vape, according to a 2020 JAMA Network scientific paper[1]. Perhaps most alarming, over 2.5 million high school and middle school students vape, reports the 2022 National Youth Tobacco Survey from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)[2]. The dangers of e-cigarettes are well documented, but the effects of vaping cannabidiol (CBD) aren`t common knowledge. CBD is often heralded in the wellness space as a natural way to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, relieve pain and improve sleep. However, these potential benefits can lead to confusion surrounding the health and safety of vaping the cannabinoid. Below, experts explain the science behind how vaping CBD affects the body and whether it`s a habit to engage in or avoid. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/harmony-vape-3ml-thc-hhc-oil-63565356.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/turn-1ml-indica-berry-dreamy-disposable-63548702.html What Is CBD Oil? CBD is one of many naturally occurring cannabinoids found in cannabis sativa and hemp plants. CBD oil is made by extracting the cannabinoid from the plant and dissolving it in a carrier oil, such as sunflower, hemp or olive oil. The oil can be consumed orally, applied topically and added to foods, drinks and other edible products. It can also be used in e-cigarettes. CBD oil itself is linked to many potential benefits, most notably supporting mental health, improving sleep, alleviating pain and reducing inflammation. Its legality depends on how it`s sourced and specific state regulations. At the federal level, CBD derived from cannabis plants is illegal, but CBD derived from hemp plants that contains less than 0.3% delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by dry weight is legal. Are CBD Vapes Safe? When someone vapes CBD, they ingest more than the CBD oil itself, explains Irfan Rahman, Ph.D., a professor in the University of Rochester`s Department of Medicine and leading researcher on cigarette smoke-mediated lung inflammation and CBD vaping. The CBD oil is virtually always paired with other chemicals for flavor and often nicotine-both of which present their own dangers, he says. Vijay Iyer, M.D., an interventional cardiologist and an associate professor of medicine at the University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences clearly considers CBD vaping to be unsafe. [While CBD use by itself doesn`t seem to have any direct effect on heart function, we know that vaping is not good," he says. Vaping anything isn`t good, he adds, so don`t fall for gimmicks like vaping vitamins, which are sometimes combined with CBD to make the products appeal to a more health-conscious audience. Vaping CBD (or any substance) primarily affects the lungs and heart and is linked to both lung disease and heart disease, says Dr. Iyer. [Vaping irritates the lungs` inner lining," he explains, adding that researchers also believe vaping impairs the ability of the inner lining of the blood vessels to produce a substance called nitric oxide. [Nitric oxide keeps blood vessels nice and relaxed, reducing blood pressure," he says. [The inability of blood vessels [to relax] can cause clotting and the blood vessels to constrict, which can raise blood pressure levels." While the act of vaping in and of itself is harmful, Dr. Rahman says the chemicals included in e-cigarettes with CBD oil for flavor and nicotine (which is often included as well) have their own specific downfalls. [The flavors have chemicals that are damaging to the lungs," he says. As for nicotine, it`s not only addictive (which is why Dr. Rahman says it`s often included in CBD vaping products), but also increases a person`s risk of cardiovascular, respiratory and gastrointestinal disorders. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-v2-thc-hhc-oil-63260356.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/stizzy-cbd-thcoil-hhc-delta8-preheated-63260290.html Potential Side Effects and Health Risks of CBD Vaping Both experts say that someone who regularly vapes CBD oil isn`t likely to notice its harmful effects at first. In fact, Dr. Rahman says the immediate side effect of vaping CBD tends to be feelings of relaxation. But both experts say vaping is damaging and, over time, this damage can have a serious effect on a person`s health. The health risks of regular CBD vaping are listed below. Popcorn lung: Medically known as bronchiolitis obliterans, popcorn lung is marked by a buildup of scar tissue in the lungs, which blocks airflow, explains Dr. Iyer. This restriction makes it hard to breathe, causing wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath. Popcorn lung is irreversible and a cause of progressive lung damage. Lung or heart disease: Vaping damages blood vessels, which increases one`s risk of lung and heart disease, according to Dr. Iyer. Compromised immune health: While applying CBD topically or consuming it via food, drinks and other edibles is linked to immune health support, studies show vaping decreases immune health. Death: While data on vaping-related deaths specifically is sparse, at least 68 people between March 2019 and February 2020 died due to lung injury caused by vaping[3]. CBD Regulations and Counterfeit Product Problems Current regulations surrounding CBD are riddled with loopholes and easy to bypass, which directly affects the safety of the CBD oil that ends up in e-cigarettes, explains Dr. Rahman. In his research, his team found that CBD oil in e-cigarettes often contains other ingredients, including MCT oil-which is used to preserve flavor and may cause acute lung toxicity when vaped-and THC. [Some companies add THC along with the CBD oil because [vaping it] has the person feeling really good, and then they want to come back and buy more," says Dr. Rahman, emphasizing that this addition of THC can occur even when product packaging doesn`t indicate that it contains THC. [The current laws on CBD need clarification [as a whole] and specifically in terms of vaporizing," says Dr. Rahman. Currently, there`s no way for consumers to be sure of what they`re actually putting into their bodies when they`re vaping CBD, he adds. To his point, a 2019 study out of Virginia Commonwealth University found that four of nine CBD vaping liquids researchers tested contained a synthetic cannabinoid compound called 5F-ADB, which is an active ingredient in some synthetic cannabis products (such as Spice, K2, Black Mamba and Crazy Clown) that`s illegal in the U.S. due to its link to deathly overdoses[4]. Healthier Alternatives to CBD Vapes, According to Experts Good news: Dr. Rahman says that CBD vaping cessation can allow the lungs to heal from much of the damage caused by a past vaping habit. [The lungs are a beautiful system and can heal as long as the injury is minor," he says. However, it`s very hard for the lungs to heal from severe damage, he adds, which is why the sooner someone stops vaping CBD, the better. Both experts reiterate that CBD oil itself isn`t the problem, but rather the act of vaping it. For this reason, they say using CBD oil topically or consuming it orally in foods, drinks and CBD gummies is a healthier habit to adapt. If you vape CBD as a way to relax, both experts note there are much healthier ways to destress, including meditation, exercise (including going for a short walk) and yoga. If you vape CBD to cope with chronic pain, Dr. Iyer says applying a CBD cream directly to the inflamed area may be an alternative, though topical CBD products also lack clear regulations, he warns. The safest bet is to visit your health care provider, address your chronic pain and come up with a treatment plan together. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/harmony-thc-stizzy-delta-8-1ml-62777622.html www.yingyuanvape.com

What is the difference between CBD and CBG?
Cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabigerol (CBG) are cannabinoids present in the cannabis plant. CBD has shown promise in treating anxiety, while CBG may help people with multiple sclerosis. Both could help treat certain neurodegenerative and inflammatory conditions. Cannabis contains a number of biologically active compounds, such as cannabinoids. CBD and CBG are two nonpsychoactive compounds present in this plant. When a person takes these two compounds orally, they interact with cannabinoid receptors in the body. These receptors make up a part of the nervous system and are part of the endocannabinoid system. This system has a role in several processes in the body, including appetite, sensing pain, and memory. This article explains what CBD and CBG are, their legality, and their possible therapeutic benefits. CBD CBD is a cannabinoid present in the cannabis plant. It is psychoactive, but unlike THC, it does not cause the [high" sensation that many people associate with using cannabis. Imaging studies show that CBD can cause significant alterations in brain activity and connectivity patterns. Research also suggests that CBD may offer benefits to people with certain medical problems, such as: anxiety auto-inflammatory diseases neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer`s disease and Parkinson`s disease CBG CBG is another cannabinoid present in the cannabis plant. The substance works similarly to CBD by binding to the same receptors in the brain. Although there is more research into CBD`s effects on people, research on CBG is growing. Some studies suggest that CBG may provide therapeutic potential in treating: Huntington`s disease Parkinson`s disease multiple sclerosis inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/harmony-thc-stizzy-delta-8-1ml-62777622.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/full-ceramic-kungfu-1ml-thc-oil-63259936.html What is the difference between CBD and CBG? CBD and CBG are both cannabinoids present in cannabis. The main difference between the two is that CBD is a major cannabinoid while CBG is a minor cannabinoid. This means that cannabis usually contains higher levels of CBD than CBG. The two also behave differently when they interact with cannabinoid receptors in the body. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-v2-thc-hhc-oil-63260356.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/stizzy-cbd-thcoil-hhc-delta8-preheated-63260290.html www.yingyuanvape.com smartpuff.store.bossgoo.com

CBD Have some Medical Effect
Scientific evidence for CBD`s medical effects Perhaps the most remarkable thing about CBD is the sheer number and variety of its potential therapeutic applications. It is important to recognize that each application may be supported by different levels of evidence. These range from ongoing clinical trials evaluating its efficacy in the treatment of human disorders, to animal studies investigating its behavioral and physiological effects, to in vitro work (test tube experiments) measuring its pharmacological interactions and mechanisms of action. Each type of study comes with its own strengths and weaknesses. Clinical trials allow us to draw conclusions about the safety and effectiveness of potential therapeutic agents in humans, while animal studies and in vitro experiments allow researchers to explore their biological actions in greater detail. However, because the latter class of studies are not conducted in humans, the results don`t always lead to the clinical application that we hope for-the majority of drugs that start in human clinical trials never become approved. Nonetheless, animal studies provide us with a strong foundation of biological knowledge, and are where the initial breakthroughs in research are made. Why does CBD have so many potential therapeutic benefits? CBD is famous for the promise it holds for treating treatment-resistant forms of childhood epilepsy. A number of clinical trials, testing the efficacy of CBD in human epilepsy patients, are currently underway. But there is also evidence, mainly from animal studies and in vitro experiments, that CBD may have neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties, and potential therapeutic value in the treatment of motivational disorders like depression, anxiety, and addiction. What`s the biological basis for this wide range of potential medical uses? A key part of the answer lies in CBD`s promiscuous pharmacology-its ability to influence a wide range of receptor systems in the brain and body, including not only cannabinoid receptors but a host of others. Receptor systems in the brain The brain contains large numbers of highly specialized cells called neurons. Each neuron connects to many others through structures called synapses. These are sites where one neuron communicates to another by releasing chemical messengers known as neurotransmitters https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/hemp-thc-cbd-oil-disposable-vaporizer-63236963.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/cbd-cbg-oil-wax-hemp-delta8-63231407.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/happyhead-1ml-cbd-thcdelta8-oil-disposable-63261776.html

What are the risks and long-term effects of THC?
There is very little concrete evidence to support theories about the long-term effects of THC. Research is ongoing and inconclusive, and with time, some of the prevailing theories may be confirmed or ruled out entirely. That said, research into the long-term effects of THC currently includes the following potential effects. Anatomical Brain Changes: In a recent study, researchers found a link between frequent high-THC consumption and anatomical alterations in a region of the brain called the corpus callosum, which connects the two cerebral hemispheres. Using data from participants who self-reported their cannabis use, researchers found that daily consumers of high-potency THC strains showed differences in corpus callosum microstructure compared to occasional consumers and those who had never consumed cannabis. However, the anatomical differences between frequent consumers of high-THC cannabis and the other groups could not be linked with psychosis, which was another key variable that researchers in this study considered. In addition, it`s important to note that due to the self-reported nature of this study, there is no independent verification of the accuracy of these results. Bronchitis: A result of smoking in general, these symptoms can be thwarted by choosing alternative consumption methods, such as vaporization. Memory: A study from March 2016 suggested a decrease in verbal cognitive function over an extended period of consistent cannabis consumption. For every five years of cannabis use, participants were found to lose memory of one word from a 15-word list. However, this study had a very small sample size of long-term cannabis users, so it`s difficult to know how conclusive their findings really are. In addition, once again, cannabis use was self-reported, so there`s no independent verification of the accuracy of how frequently subjects consumed cannabis. Psychosis: Only truly a concern for those predisposed to certain psychotic conditions such as schizophrenia and other such disorders, research has found the onset of symptoms may develop an average of three years earlier with regular cannabis use. Tolerance: The body naturally builds up a tolerance for THC with extended, long-term use. The downside to this is that increased levels of consumption will be required to achieve the desired effects. A simple solution? Tolerance breaks. Beyond these studies, there is little known long-term risk to THC/cannabis use. The following are some things you do not have to worry about, based on research. Cancer: There is no consistent evidence to support an increase in cancer risk (lung or otherwise) with THC consumption. However, smoking should be avoided as inhaling smoke does carry health risks. Overdose: There has never been a documented cannabis overdose or risk of death. It would be virtually impossible to fatally overdose. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/canabis-thc-hhc-delta8-preheated-oil-63258053.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-hhc-thc-cbd-oil-62896176.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/full-ceramic-kungfu-1ml-thc-oil-63259936.html

Disposable vapes banned to protect children's health
Disposable vapes will be banned in the UK as part of ambitious government plans to tackle the rise in youth vaping and protect children`s health. Ban on disposable vapes which have driven alarming rise in youth vaping New powers to restrict vape flavours, introduce plain packaging and change how vapes are displayed in shops so they don`t appeal to children New law will make it illegal to sell tobacco products to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009, delivering on the Prime Minister`s pledge to create a smokefree generation https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/crystal-4500-puffs-mesh-coil-disposable-63263353.html Disposable vapes will be banned in the UK as part of ambitious government plans to tackle the rise in youth vaping and protect children`s health, the Prime Minister has announced today (29 January 2024) on a visit to a school. The measure comes as part of the government`s response to its consultation on smoking and vaping, which was launched in October last year. Recent figures show the number of children using vapes in the past 3 years has tripled. Use among younger children is also rising, with 9% of 11 to 15 year olds now using vapes. The long-term health impacts of vaping are unknown and the nicotine contained within them can be highly addictive, with withdrawal sometimes causing anxiety, trouble concentrating and headaches. While vaping can play a role in helping adult smokers to quit, children should never vape. Disposable vapes have been a key driver behind the alarming rise in youth vaping, with the proportion of 11 to 17 year old vapers using disposables increasing almost ninefold in the last 2 years. As part of today`s package, new powers will be introduced to restrict flavours which are specifically marketed at children and ensure that manufacturers produce plainer, less visually appealing packaging. The powers will also allow government to change how vapes are displayed in shops, moving them out of sight of children and away from products that appeal to them, like sweets. To crack down on underage sales, the government will also bring in new fines for shops in England and Wales which sell vapes illegally to children. Trading Standards officers will be empowered to act `on the spot` to tackle underage tobacco and vape sales. This builds on a maximum £2,500 fine that local authorities can already impose. Vaping alternatives - such as nicotine pouches - will also be outlawed for children who are increasingly turning to these highly addictive substitutes. The government has again reiterated its commitment to bring about the first smokefree generation and introduce legislation so children turning 15 this year or younger can never legally be sold tobacco. Smoking is the UK`s single biggest preventable killer - causing around 1 in 4 cancer deaths and leading to 80,000 deaths per year - so stopping young people from ever starting to smoke will protect an entire generation, and future generations, from smoking harms as they grow up. To help ensure the success of the smokefree generation plan, £30 million new funding a year will be provided to bolster enforcement agencies - including Border Force, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and Trading Standards - to implement these measures and stamp out opportunities for criminals. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/thc-cbd-oil-canabis-disposable-stizzy-63344448.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/elfbar-eshisha-ledscreen-9000puffs-rm-e-63279435.html

What is THC?
The first step to understanding THC is to understand cannabinoids. Cannabinoids are chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant that interact with receptors in the brain and body to create various effects. There exist dozens, and potentially more than 100, cannabinoids in the cannabis plant, but THC is most widely known among these due to its abundance and euphoric attributes. The isolation of THC came from an Israeli chemist by the name of Raphael Mechoulam. In 1964, Mechoulam isolated and synthesized THC from Lebanese hashish, marking the beginning of cannabis research that would lead to the discovery of many other cannabinoids, cannabinoid receptors throughout the body, and [endocannabinoids" – the THC-like compounds our body naturally produces to maintain stability and health. Why does cannabis produce cannabinoids? Cannabinoids are known as secondary metabolites, which means they are chemicals the plant produces that have no primary role on the plant`s development. However, the leading hypothesis is that secondary metabolites act as an immune system for the plant, fending off predators, parasites, and pests. Because humans (and many other animals) have receptor systems that THC binds to, we can also reap the benefits of cannabinoids for both health and enjoyment. This system, called the endocannabinoid system (or ECS), is a group of specialized signaling chemicals (think [keys"), their receptors (think [locks"), and the metabolic enzymes that produce and break them down. These endocannabinoid chemical signals act on some of the same brain and immune cell receptors (CB1 and CB2) that plant cannabinoids like cannabidiol (CBD) and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) act on. Simply put, THC works by binding to cannabinoid receptors concentrated in the brain and central nervous system to produce intoxicating effects. But does that mean our bodies evolved for cannabis? https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/canabis-wick-less-thc-delta8-oil-63260476.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/thc-cbd-oil-canabis-disposable-stizzy-63344448.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/canabis-thc-hhc-juul-preheated-oil-63345408.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/harmony-thc-stizzy-delta-8-1ml-62777622.html

What are the medicinal effects of THC?
https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/full-spectrum-thc-oil-pack-pod-63259985.html There are a variety of conditions for which THC may offers benefits: PTSD Neuropathic and chronic pain Insomnia Nausea Inflammation Arthritis Migraines Cancer Crohn`s disease Fibromyalgia Alzheimer`s disease Multiple sclerosis Glaucoma ADHD Sleep apnea Appetite loss Cannabis research remains in the early stages, and it is very likely that as this research continues to gain traction and grow with the advancement of legalization, our understanding of how THC and other cannabinoids can be utilized for the treatment of these and other conditions will expand. New research continues to emerge consistently. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/thc-cbd-hhc-live-rosin-cookies-63258211.html The main difference between THC and CBD, both of which are very popular cannabinoids, is in their perceived effects. THC elicits strong cerebral euphoria, while CBD lacks intoxicating effects altogether. This basically comes down to the fact that THC activates CB1 receptors in our brain while CBD does not. CBD`s subtle effects are primarily felt in pain, inflammation, and anxiety relief, as well as other medicinal benefits.https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/canabis-1ml-weed-thc-cbd-hemp-63245105.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-thc-hhc-canabis-delta8-oil-63244799.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/hemp-thc-cbd-oil-disposable-vaporizer-63236963.html There are myriad ways to consume THC, the most common and obvious being smoking. Decarboxylation (which occurs with heating) is the key to enjoying THC, and this holds true whether one intends to smoke it or eat it. In its raw form, cannabis is non-intoxicating, with its primary cannabinoid being THCA. However, by applying heat, either when lighting it in a pipe or cooking it into oil, the THCA is converted to THC, and then the magic can begin. There are plenty of different ways to enjoy THC. Consider your options and choose the method that is right for you and/or any conditions you may be treating. With so much to be said about THC, the above information may act as a good jumping off point for the inquiring mind, and in time, as research continues to grow and expand, there will surely be much more to learn and understand. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/thc-hhc-delta-8-preheated-disposable-63231324.html

You Measure the Vapor Pressure of THC
Federal researchers at a Colorado lab of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) have figured out how to measure the vapor pressure of THC, one of the main psychoactive chemicals in cannabis. The discovery means law enforcement officers could someday test for cannabis impairment based on a person`s breath. The traditional tests for cannabis use - blood draws and urine samples - do an adequate job of detecting the past THC usage. But they aren`t very good at figuring out whether someone is currently impaired by THC. Some states, like Washington, allow police officers to test drivers for a cannabis-related DUI by drawing their blood. But traces of THC can stay in the bloodstream of regular consumers for up to seven days, according to the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Employers have run into a similar dilemma. Out of fear of workplace accidents, rejected insurance claims and lawsuits, many businesses in legal states continue to screen their employees for marijuana use. But testing positive for THC isn`t the same as being impaired; conflating the two raises privacy questions. So long as nurses and forklift operators shows up to work sober, should their employers have a say over what they do in their free time? https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-xl-canabis-thc-delta8-63260476.html `The Quest` Continues These findings, published in the latest issue of Forensic Chemistry, come from the National Institute of Standards and Technology, a branch of the Department of Commerce. [The quest for a reliable means to detect cannabis intoxication with a breathalyzer is ongoing," the researchers, Tara Lovestead and Thomas Bruno, wrote. [Breath sampling is attractive because it is non-invasive, can be portable, and has been shown to indicate recent use within [thirty minutes to two hours]." When asked why they decided to study THC molecules, Lovestead told Leafly, [Well, I`m in Colorado." She`s been working on this project for about three years. The idea was initially inspired by the state`s legalization of marijuana use, in 2012. After getting approval from the DEA - a process that took about nine months - Lovestead got to work. You Measure the Vapor Pressure of THC To explain the science, she gave the example of a closed, partially finished liquor bottle. Some of the ethanol is in liquid form. There`s also gaseous ethanol molecules trapped in the enclosed air space above. If you know how much pressure is produced by ethanol vapor, you can figure out how much ethanol is left in the bottle based on properties of those gases. The same logic applies for THC leaving a human body in exhaled breath. This chemistry can be used to create an ethanol breathalyzer. But scientists have previously struggled to figure out the vapor pressure of THC, which is a relatively complex molecule. For those without much of a chemistry background, this can be confusing science. But it has a stunning range of applications. In the past, Lovestead has investigated food spoilage by examining the vapors above rotting chicken. She`s also studied the gases left over after a fire -the composition of which can help law-enforcement determine if a blaze resulted from arson. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/stizzy-cbd-thcoil-hhc-delta8-preheated-63260290.html In Theory, It Works. In Practice- Lovestead thinks it will still be a while before cops and employers have a real, working cannabis breathalyzer. [THC alone is probably not a good marker" of cannabis intoxication, she said, citing a number of other chemicals, including CBD, which she suggested might also need to be measured. She also points out that cops will need more than just a measurement itself; they`ll need to figure out the how those numbers relate to real-world impairment. She thinks other methods, like field sobriety tests, will help fill in that picture. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-thc-oil-pod-system-63350923.html

CNN - Crowds gathered in Germany overnight to celebrate the legalization of cannabis starting from Monday. There was music and dancing at the Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin, where attendees waved placards and blew clouds of smoke into the air. One person could be seen cycling through the crowd dragging an artwork of a giant cannabis leaf on a trailer behind their bike, while another ceremoniously rolled a joint in front of television cameras. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vape-thc-oil-omeg-xl-63353593.html Last month, Germany`s lower house of parliament voted to legalize cannabis for limited recreational use following a controversial national debate about the pros and cons of allowing easier access to the drug. Health minister Karl Lauterbach hailed the move in a post on X on Monday. [Cannabis use already existed yesterday, but it`s increasing. Now it`s exiting the taboo zone," he wrote. [This is better for real addiction help, prevention for children and young people and for combating the black market, for which there will soon be an alternative." The new rules mean adults can possess small amounts for personal use but the drug remains banned for under 18s. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-hhc-thc-cbd-oil-62896176.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-v2-thc-hhc-oil-63260356.html Under the new legislation, put forward by Germany`s ruling coalition party, adults can cultivate up to three plants for private consumption and be allowed to possess 50g at one time at home, and 25g in public, starting from April 1. From July 1, cannabis will be available in licensed not-for-profit clubs with no more than 500 members – all of whom would have to be adults. Only club members would be allowed to consume their output. The German government said that cannabis would remain illegal for minors and highly restricted for young adults, adding that consuming the drug near schools and playgrounds would be illegal. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-preheated-1ml-cbd-thc-oil-63345217.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-oga-xl-thc-disposable-63350910.html The move makes Germany the third country in Europe – after Malta and Luxembourg – to legalize the drug for recreational use, removing cannabis from the official list of banned substances. The Netherlands bans possession of drugs but some municipalities permit them to be sold in coffee shops under its so-called policy of toleration. In other countries, like Australia and the US, rules vary in different localities. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-vapes-xl-canabis-thc-delta8-63260476.html

Disposable vape ban and what it means for young people
The number of children using vapes has tripled in the last three years and there is strong evidence to suggest that cheap and easy-to-use disposable vapes are partly to blame. Our research shows that in 2023, around 69 per cent of vapers aged 11 to 17 in Great Britain were using disposable vapes, up from 7.7 percent in 2021. This is extremely worrying given the unknown long-term health impacts and the addictive nature of the nicotine in vapes. While vaping can play a role in helping adult smokers to quit, the NHS advises that you shouldn`t take it up if you don`t already smoke– and children should never vape. Here`s what we`re doing to prevent children from vaping and smoking to protect their health, both in school and out. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/fume-dual-flavor-cbd-thc-oil-63425554.html Are disposable vapes being banned? Yes, the sale and supply of disposable vapes is being banned in England, Scotland and Wales because of their appeal to young people. Northern Ireland will also consider introducing this in future. Alongside this, to make vapes less attractive to children, we're strengthening the regulation of vape flavours, packaging and how they are displayed in shops. To crack down on underage sales, trading standards officers will have the power to issue an `on the spot` fine of up to £100 when they spot the sale of tobacco and vapes to children in England and Wales. The ban is being introduced after a public consultation on smoking and vaping showed nearly 70 percent of respondents including parents, teachers, healthcare professionals were in favour of the measure. Adults will still have access to non-disposable vapes to help them to stop smoking. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/bang-king-15000-puffs-mesh-coil-63351568.html What are you doing to prevent vaping in schools? Schools are legally required to have a behaviour policy that sets out what is expected of pupils, including what items are banned from school premises. Some schools have already banned vapes. In Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE), pupils in primary and secondary school are taught the facts about legal and illegal harmful substances and their risks, including smoking, alcohol and drugs. We are currently reviewing the RSHE curriculum, including looking at strengthening content around smoking and vaping, and will launch a public consultation on a revised version as soon as possible. We have also published training resources for teachers, including one on drugs, alcohol and tobacco, which makes specific reference to e-cigarettes and vaping. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/bang-king-12000-puffs-mesh-disposable-63351539.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/original-rm-crystal-elf-8000-puff-63260198.html

First in Europe: Belgium will ban sale of disposable vapes from 2025
Belgium will ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes (also known as 'vapes') from 1 January 2025, as it received approval from the European Commission to do so, announced Federal Health Minister Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit) on Saturday. Smoking is one of the biggest causes of illness and/or preventable death in Belgium. As part of Vandenbroucke's "anti-tobacco plan," numerous measures were introduced in recent years to ensure that people would be increasingly motivated to quit smoking on the one hand, and to not start smoking on the other. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/kungfu-v2-delta8-canabis-oil-disposable-63442808.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/raz-9000-puffs-rechargeable-disposable-vape-63465702.html The disposable e-cigarette causes a lot of damage to society and the environment. This harmful product mainly targets our young people. I am therefore pleased that we can remove this from the market," he said in a press release. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/iplay-bang-pod-6000-puffs-ecigs-63463713.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/smok-spaceman-pod-10000-puffs-disposable-63465671.html Marketing for these vapes is "very savvy" and "youth-oriented," said Vandenbroucke. While the sale of vapes to minors is currently banned in Belgium, their use is still widespread and an inspection in 2023 showed that about three in four points of sale sold disposable vapes to minors, even though it is prohibited. Vandenbroucke's anti-tobacco plan, published in 2021, already showed that the authorities wanted to ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes from 2025, and Vandenbroucke had at the time already submitted regulations banning disposable e-cigarettes to the European Commission. The basic rules regarding smoking products are laid down in the Tobacco Products Directive, and banning tobacco products (or derivatives thereof) must first be assessed against this directive. For three years, additional arguments were requested again and again, but the Commission finally gave the green light this week. Breaking the power of the tobacco lobby "Belgium is playing a pioneering role in Europe to break the power of the tobacco lobby," he stressed. "This is another milestone in our fight against tobacco." Now, the Royal Decree for this is being created, making Belgium the first country in Europe to ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes. "We strive for a smoke-free generation and want people, especially young people, to be better protected and to come into less contact with tobacco or alternative smoking methods," Vandenbroucke said. "With this measure, we ensure that we remove an extremely harmful product from the market, which is also cheap and therefore attractive to young people." Regular, non-disposable vapes may still be sold as for many, vaping is also used as a tool to stop smoking. "Still, we have been able to agree that they can no longer be offered with lights and other things to make them attractive," Vandenbroucke announced. "It should not be a product to start smoking, but to stop smoking." https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/australia-iget-bar-5000-puffs-disposable-63465618.html

Why THC Hign than CBD OIL
What is CBD and what medical conditions might it help? Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of many cannabinoid molecules produced by cannabis, second only to THC in abundance. These plant-derived cannabinoids, or phytocannabinoids (phyto = plant in Greek), are characterized by their ability to act on the cannabinoid receptors that are part of our endocannabinoid system. While THC is the principal psychoactive component of cannabisand has certain medical uses, CBD stands out because it is both non-intoxicating and displays a broad range of potential medical applications including helping with anxiety, inflammation, pain, and seizures. These makes CBD an attractive therapeutic compound. Why does THC get you high but not CBD? Despite being chemical cousins, THC and CBD have very different effects. The primary difference is that THC get you high while CBD does not. This is because THC and CBD affect our endocannabinoid system (ECS) in different ways. The major ECS receptor in the brain, CB1, is activated by THC but not CBD. In fact, CBD can get in the way of compounds like THC, preventing them from activating the CB1 receptor. This is why the THC:CBD ratio is so important for influencing the effects of cannabis products. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/cake-thc-cbd-oil-canabis-disposable-63261946.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/thc-hhc-preheated-dual-oil-vaporizer-63231232.html https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/canabis-1ml-weed-thc-cbd-hemp-63245105.html

KT&G Stock Hits All-Time High as Overseas Expansion and Shareholder Rewards Drive Growth
KT&G Stock Hits All-Time High as Overseas Expansion and Shareholder Rewards Drive Growth South Korean tobacco giant KT&G saw its share price surge to a record high of 144,000 won (approx. $104) per share on July 14th, marking a 50% increase from its low point of 87,300 won at the start of the year. This breakthrough is primarily attributed to the company's aggressive shareholder return policy and its global market expansion. KT&G credits its high dividend payout ratio (exceeding 50%) to the Yoon Suk Yeol government's private investment incentives. The company has reinforced investor confidence through quarterly share buybacks, such as repurchasing 36 billion won (representing 2.5% of shares outstanding) in the first quarter. Financial reports show the company achieved record sales of 5.9 trillion won and operating profit of 1.2 trillion won last year. In the first quarter of this year, overseas sales volume, revenue, and operating profit surged by 23%, 54%, and 312% year-on-year, respectively. Recently, KT&G commenced production at a new factory in Kazakhstan and expanded its production base in Turkey, further solidifying its international presence. This move could impact the local industry, estimated to be worth USD 800 million annually and supporting 31,000 jobs. https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/cookies-2ml-led-display-cbd-oil-68343903.html Although the Ministry of Health emphasizes the crackdown targets underage use and illegal trade, the Medical Association has disclosed 41 cases of vaping-related lung injuries recorded between 2019 and 2024. Police also warn that vapes are becoming a new delivery vehicle for drugs, and religious groups are exerting pressure citing "harm to youth." https://www.bossgoo.com/product-detail/mesii-couple-50k-three-flavors-display-68276981.html The Malaysia Vape Chamber of Commerce (MDAC) warns that blanket bans will lead to significant tax revenue loss. The Terengganu Chamber estimates 169 businesses there face monthly losses of RM 500,000 and is calling for an extended grace period. A significant enforcement gap currently exists between local state policies and the pending central legislation, making the coming months a critical juncture determining the industry's compliance and future.

Spain: Draft Regulation on E-cigarettes and Nicotine Pouches Open for Public Consultation
Spain: Draft Regulation on E-cigarettes and Nicotine Pouches Open for Public Consultation On December 7, Seesmo, citing Vaping360, reported that the Spanish government has recently issued a Draft Royal Decree proposing significant amendments to its current tobacco control laws. The public consultation period for this draft will conclude on December 13. The draft aims to ban non-tobacco-flavored e-cigarette products and impose stringent restrictions on nicotine pouches. If the decree is passed, it could lead to the decline of the legal e-cigarette industry in Spain, potentially creating opportunities for black-market growth. Key proposed regulations in the draft include: Ban on Non-Tobacco Flavored E-cigarettes: All non-tobacco flavored e-cigarette products would be completely removed from the market. Device Design Requirements: E-cigarettes must be designed to be shatterproof, leak-proof, and capable of delivering a stable nicotine dose. Standardized Packaging and Capacity Limits: All e-liquids, including nicotine-free products, must be sold in small 10-milliliter bottles with simplified packaging. Restrictions on Nicotine Pouches: Non-tobacco flavored nicotine pouches would be banned, and nicotine content per pouch would be capped at 0.99 milligrams, rendering them nearly incapable of satisfying consumer needs. The proposed measures are expected to severely impact the e-cigarette industry, making it difficult for the legal market to survive. www.yingyuanvape.com

Vietnam: E-cigarettes to be Banned Starting from 2025! The Vietnamese National Assembly has passed a resolution to fully ban the production, trade, import, storage, transportation, and use of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products starting from 2025, in order to protect public health. This move aims to raise awareness among the public, especially young people, about the dangers of e-cigarettes, as these products contain nicotine and various toxic compounds that can lead to addiction and serious health issues. Additionally, the government has been urged to accelerate the implementation of the pharmaceutical industry development strategy, strictly crack down on false advertising of functional foods, and enhance the regulation of drugs, cosmetics, and functional foods on e-commerce platforms and social networks.
